After the digital print is applied and the Knifeless Tape pulled, the other lettering is applied.
Solid vinyls used for vehicle branding should be vehicle grade. BE CAREFUL, though. Some signage companies will tell you, “It’s a 5-year vinyl”. That means it’s what some suppliers call a 3-5 year film. Monomeric film. THAT IS NOT VEHICLE GRADE. It WILL shrink and crack.
Vehicle grade films are Polymeric or Cast, which are the only 2 grades of film you will find AutoSkin using for Vehicle Branding.
